Gympharmacy.com ships out of Mumbai India. We will ship to many countries just ask if you do not see your country. Most countries allow you to bring in 90 day supply of product for personal use. You should not import for resale we do not knowingly ship commercial orders (orders meant for resale to others). We ship to individuals for personal use.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction from where Products are shipped to the Customer (unless Gympharmacy.com elects otherwise in its sole discretion), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or connected with these Terms shall be submitted to and subject to the courts’ jurisdiction in the jurisdiction from which Products are shipped to the Customer (unless Gympharmacy.com elects otherwise in its sole discretion). The products are shipped from India and we follow Indian law.
