If you have severe asthma or COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), consult your doctor (COPD)

If you suffer from a condition known as metabolic acidosis (increased acidity in your body)

Driving

Can I drive after taking Topme Xl 50mg Tab? This medication will impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. If you’re feeling dizzy or exhausted, don’t drive or use machinery.

Alcohol

Can I drink alcohol while taking Topme Xl 50mg Tab? Alcohol should not be consumed while taking this medication since it may cause drowsiness or a reduction in blood pressure.

If you think you’ve taken too much of this medicine, call your doctor or go to the nearest hospital right away.

Have you missed a dose?

If you forget to take a dose, do so as soon as you remember. If your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and return to your regular dosing plan. To make up for a missed dose, do not take a double dose of medicine.
